Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We ship merchandise to locations within the Continental United States for a flat rate of $5.99 per order. Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase unless your items states it's a pre-order. Orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-5 business days.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. 

Returns

We try our best to make your shopping experience an easy (and fun!) one, but sometimes shopping online can be a gamble when you aren't positive how a certain item will fit and we totally understand that.

So if a return is needed, just follow the simple steps listed below. Always feel free to email us as well if you have any questions. 

Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible). We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All gift cards are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then store credit is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at the boutique. You are notified via email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an email with your store credit and instructions, please check your Spam Folder.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately Last Chance/Sale Items cannot be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@whiskeyandgraceboutique.com and send your item to: 710 Monroe Ave NE, Renton, WA 98056, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Item Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 710 Monroe Ave NE, Renton, WA 97467, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
